„Train-The-Trainer“ 

The Training serves for Practical Applications: Elements, modern Methods and Impulses for successful Classroom Trainings to the State-of-the-Art.

The Training of external Customers or internal mentors gains an increasing importance in most companies. 

Experience often shows that didactical skills do not team up with the brilliant technical competence. 

Goal of this strictly practical oriented training is to provide the participants with state-of-the-art methods and assessments to design and conduct their trainings participant-oriented as well as goal- and transfer-focused.
Emphasis is set on practical rehearsal, trainer input and transfer based on 360 degree- and video-feedback.
Elements to design an interesting, captivating and professional classroom seminar are presented and discussed.

This intense and strictly practical oriented training provides you with new input for your presentation skills. The methods and approaches will help you to foster your capabilities another step ahead.
The content focuses on State-of-the-Art concepts that allow you to strengthen your presentation skills.
It is all about to support you in your Genuity and ensure your captivating style!
During the two-days-training you will have two opportunities to rehearse and reflect your appearance in the video-feedback-session.
